The holder of the stand must declare the firm(s) he is hosting for insurance reasons.
Only firms thus declared are authorized on the stand.
The registration fees for hosted firms are €900 excluding tax (P.U.) and include registration in the official guide, delivery of invitations, badges and insurance.
